DU Hosts Successful Booth at Hunt Idaho

Idaho Fish and Game recently held a two-day event called “HUNT IDAHO: Connecting Mountains to Meals” in Lewiston in which Ducks Unlimited hosted a booth. With over 300 attendees, the weekend was a big success, in large part thanks to the decoy painting at the DU site, which was  cleaned out of 58 decoys, according to Biologist Tina Blewett.

DU member Marc Watson and his family did a terrific job manning the DU booth, impressing attendees with his knowledge,  expertise, and family’s passion for waterfowl.  The Watson’s brought their boat all decked out as a backdrop, as well as decoys and other gear, gave duck calling demos, and even their included their dogs for a good show.
